T-Mobile is your best option if you want an unlimited-data phone plan. T-Mobile’s unlimited plan starts at $70 per month, with additional taxes and fees that can add another $10 or so. This carrier offers solid coverage in most areas, despite being relatively cheaper. T-Mobile’s plan comes with a lot of features. There’s no throttling during heavy usage hours, you can use your hotspot without paying extra fees, and you get Netflix included in your bill. But what makes this plan stand out is its ability to stream HD video content without restrictions, unlike other carriers that restrict high-quality streaming due to network congestion concerns.

Verizon Wireless offers a good phone selection, a good amount of data and talk minutes. The Verizon Unlimited Plan is the cheapest at $75 per month for one line with unlimited talk and text plus 10GB of data. If you carry multiple devices as part of your business or personal life, you can add up to 20 devices per account. Verizon Wireless offers one of the best selections for unlimited plans, including rollover data and international perks such as unlimited texting, calling, and 4G LTE speeds in Mexico & Canada. This plan also includes 10GB of high-speed hotspot access per device, allowing you to share your internet connection with other devices without using additional data from your plan’s allowance. The only downside is that there’s no way to pay less than $75 per month if you only use one line on this plan unless you get lucky with an introductory offer. For example, if someone wanted just one line with 5GB instead of 10GB but still wanted all other features included in this package, their monthly cost would jump by about 25 percent.
